Cancellation Process:
If you want to cancel your existing plan then you will have to know the expiration date of your existing plan and provide us with the advance notice you can do so by contacting our customer service by calling at 0800480111 so our representative can guide you through the process. You can also use our chat facility to cancel your plan.
Plan Cancellation with number porting:
If you would like to cancel your plan and also like to switch to a different provider it is important to know your current plan expiration date and have to provide advance notice for cancellation accordingly. In the next step call our customer service and they will inform you about the earliest date you can switch without incurring any fees.
Plan cancellation without number porting:
If you no longer need your plan or phone number you can cancel it by talking to our customer service provider. You can also switch to a different offer if you think the current offer isn’t fulfilling your requirements. You can also suspend your plan instead of canceling it. Your offer will be suspended for up to 12 months and you won’t be charged during this time.
Notice period:
The general notice period is usually just 2 months to the end of any month. For example, if you cancel on January 15, your subscription will run until the end of March. In case of having a contract with a minimum duration, you can cancel it no earlier than 1st month after its period has expired.
You can also cancel your plan without any notice period in which case you will have to pay the basic monthly fee through to the standard cancellation date and processing fee. In case of using multiple services please indicate which plan you wish to cancel while contacting us.
